This section of our web site is devoted to photographs of activities in and around Reedville and the Northern Neck area. Most of the photos were taken by members of the RFM Photo group. Eventually we hope to post historical photos from our archives and past exhibits that will document the heritage of the area. Please note that web pages containing photos may take longer to load. The RFM Photo Group meets monthly (2pm, 3rd Thursday). It is comprised of former photo professionals as well as amateurs, traditional film as well as digital photographers, with a common desire to learn how to take and process better photographs. The group now has a dedicated PC with Adobe Photoshop Elements which is used for training and demonstration. A typical meeting consists of review and critique of member's work, discussion of latest camera technology and an Adobe training session. The group works with the RFM, providing photos both for current use and the archives.

The Photo Group annually produces the RFM Calendar displaying photos of the Northern Neck taken by our members. The calendar is available at the Gift Shop in mid-October or can be ordered by mail. Click Here for the mail order form (PDF) Click Here to view thumbnails of the 2008 Calendar.

The Photo Group has also produced a Screen Saver for PC/Mac containing nearly 200 typical scenes of the Northern Neck. These are available at the Gift Shop.
